Returns, refunds and exchanges
This refund policy applies to purchases made from:
Maison Marguerite BV i.G.We accept refunds and exchanges for all products except made-to-measure curtains or blinds, and fabric sold by the metre. These items can only be returned for a refund or exchange if they are faulty.
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank: there is often processing time before a refund appears in your account.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at [email protected] and send your item to:
Maison Marguerite BV i.G.If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item has been received, a gift certificate will be issued to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.

Maison Marguerite BV i.G.You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item valued over £65.00, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
